Consultancy and Design
We provide system consultancy and design service that suit to our customers’ needs. We assist in relevant permit submissions for projects to local authorities. Site assessment services are available for residential, commercial and rural applications.
Green Mark Scheme
We are trained and certified by the Building Control Authority (BCA), Singapore as Green Mark Consultant. We provide consultancy services to developers and building owners to achieve BCA Green Mark Certification for residential and non-residential buildings.
The BCA Green Mark Scheme was initiated by the BCA and launched in 2005. This initiative is to drive Singapore’s construction industry towards more environmental-friendly buildings. Please visit the BCA website for more information.
Solar Capability Scheme (SCS)
As part of the consultancy service, we assist customers to apply the Solar Capability Scheme (SCS). Solar Capability Scheme (SCS) is the current initiative by the Singapore government to fuel growth in the energy sector in Singapore. Under this scheme, project owners will be able to enjoy subsidy on the project installation cost. Please refer to the SCS Factsheet for eligibility.
